アモキシシリン/クラブラン酸（先発品：オーグメンチン配合錠）は扁桃炎の治療などで頻用されます。

アモキシシリンは添付文書に

「治療上の有益性及び母乳栄養の有益性を考慮し、授乳の継続又は中止を検討すること。母乳中へ移行することが報告されている。」

と記載されていますが、総合的に考えると安全に投与できるといえます。

それでは、アモキシシリン/クラブラン酸の授乳婦への投与は安全なのでしょうか。

M/P比は0.04と低く、母乳への移行はわずかと考えられます。

RIDは0.4と非常に低いため、母乳への移行は無視できると考えられます。

まとめ

アモキシシリン同様に、オーグメンチンも授乳中でも安全に服用できるといえます。

しかし、乳児がペニシリンアレルギーをもっていたり、下痢をするようであれば、母乳の中止、もしくはオーグメンチンの服用を考慮する必要があります。
